This sports recovery powder product combines carbohydrates and amino acids to help the body recover following an intense workout. This formula has anabolic and anti-catabolic effects and is designed to cause minimal bloating, thus it can be consumed very quickly. It works best when mixed 15 to 30 minutes prior to exercise and sipped throughout training.
Combine one to two scoops of powder with at least eight ounces of water before and during training or a workout. Combine one scoop of powder with eight ounces of water and drink after training as well. This product is designed for adult use only. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with medical conditions and those taking medications should consult a physician before using All In One.
