People who weigh between 160 and 180 pounds can take four scoops and those who weigh more than 180 pounds can take six scoops. Servings should be divided in two and be taken before and after a workout. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with medical conditions and those taking medications should consult a physician before using Xtend.
