This caffeine-based supplement is designed to stimulate the central nervous system and provide the body with a fast-acting boost of energy. Each capsule contains 200 milligrams of caffeine which can help to increase energy.
Adults and children over 12 years old can take one half or whole tablet every three to four hours. Do not take more than five whole tablets in a 24-hour period. This product is designed for occasional use only. Each tablet contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. This product is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or for individuals suffering from high blood pressure. People with medical conditions and those taking medications should consult a physician before taking Caffeine. It may cause nervousness, sleeplessness and irritability.

Health Canada issued a health advisory in May 2006 outlining the dangers of combining ephedrine and caffeine products. It listed 4Ever Fit in the advisory and noted that the company's convenience pack containing caffeine and ephedrine products had been recalled in Canada. Possible complications included heart attack, stroke and seizure.

There weren't many reviews for this product, but consumers who did review it noted that it was much like other caffeine supplements and that other prospective users should just choose whichever caffeine-based product was the most inexpensive. Many found that Caffeine provided the jolt they needed to increase energy throughout the day or to enhance a workout. A couple of consumers noted that they became immune to the product after a while and had to increase their dosage. Upping the intake of caffeine-based products is not advisable without consulting a physician beforehand.
