Xenadrine Hardcore is manufactured by Cytodyne, an American company that has produced pharmaceutical-grade supplements since 1997. Cytodyne prides itself on manufacturing a small handful of what it refers to as safe and effective products.
Cytodyne created a version of the popular weight loss supplement Xenadrine, and marketed it to the hardcore bodybuilder. Xenadrine Hardcore with EphenyLide combines thermogenisis - the process that heats up the body and speeds up metabolism to burn fat - with ingredients that have nootrogenic properties. A nootrogenic substance enhances mental function and helps to suppress the appetite. Cytodyne claims Xenadrine Hardcore is free of ephedrine-group alkaloids, yet still offers the same benefits as products that contain ephedrine.
Begin by taking one capsule to see how your body responds to Xenadrine Hardcore. On the second day up the dosage to two capsules, then take three on the third day. Do not exceed three capsules per day.
EphenyLide proprietary thermogenic and nootrogenic factors (blue-green algae, brown algae, wakame leaf, green tea leaf extract, oolong tea leaf, chocolate seed extract, guarana berry extract, yerba mate leaf extract, caffeine, fermented sage leaf extract, L-tyrosine, vinpocetine, huperzine A, sodium copper) and caffeine.
In 2003, a California judge found Cytodyne guilty of false advertising with its product Xenadrine RFA-1; the judge did not believe the claims made regarding the product to be based on scientific research. The company was also found guilty of exaggerating its research findings and trying to convince researchers to alter journals. Cytodyne was fined $12.5 million. No specific reports have surfaced regarding Xenadrine Hardcore.
$25 to $45 for 90 capsules
Reviews of this product were very mixed. Some users reported that Xenadrine Hardcore was one of the best products they had ever used - they lost weight without losing muscle mass. However, other users were unimpressed. Although they acknowledged a lack of the unpleasant side effects associated with ephedra-based products, they also claimed they didn't experience any weight loss.
